Warranty and withdrawal

Warranty on the device you buy

We give a 12-month warranty on the devices bought from us, counted from the day of purchase. The warranty is claimed with the invoice and covers every fault that does not come from use, damage or liquid.

The warranty period also appears on the product page, because some units may carry a different term.

Warranty on the repair

We give a 3-month warranty on the repairs we carry out, and 6 months on a MacBook battery replacement. The warranty does not extend to damage caused by water or any other liquid.

The warranty of the parts we fit is recorded on the job sheet, and it also appears on the repair tracking page.

Withdrawal from an online purchase

If you buy through the webshop as a private customer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the device, without giving a reason. It is enough to tell us at kapcsolat@macszerez.com or by phone. The right of withdrawal without a reason belongs to consumers: it does not apply to a business purchase issued to a tax number.

• Please return the device undamaged, with all accessories.
• The cost of the return is borne by the buyer.
• We refund the price after the device arrives and has been checked.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to a device bought in person in the shop, because there you can try it before taking it.

2. 2. Bring the device to the shop, or send it by courier.
3. 3. We test it and tell you what we can do.

You can follow the state of the repair throughout, and the decision stays with you: we only start the work after your approval.
