The MagSafe 2 power adapter features a magnetic DC connector that safely attaches to your MacBook. If someone trips over the cable, it disconnects easily, helping prevent damage to your laptop and the cable itself. The magnetic connection also ensures a precise, quick, and secure fit every time.

An LED indicator on the connector shows the charging status: amber means charging, while green indicates a full charge. The included AC power cord allows for extended reach, while the compact wall adapter makes it even more convenient for travel.
