What factors do we consider when purchasing products?

We only purchase our products from verified, clean sources, both domestically and abroad. We only deliver devices with a good battery, if its capacity is less than 80%, we will replace it first and deliver a completely new one to you. Our devices are card-independent, there are no outstanding debts on them.

The warranty does not cover physical damage (dropping, water damage) or wearing parts (battery). In addition, in the event of any other failure, we will repair the machine for you, and after 30 days, we provide all our customers with discounted service and maintenance for products purchased from us.

Is there an option for an extended warranty?

Yes, you can choose an extended warranty when purchasing. The price of the extended warranty depends on the price and model of the device. For devices that have an extended warranty (MacSzerez Premium Care), the website will offer it as an option for that product.

What other services do you offer to customers?

Our company can even come to your home if you need repairs, but we also provide assistance to our customers over the phone. If the battery is in stock, we will replace it within 2-4 hours on average. If the battery is not in stock, you can order it in advance. The batteries will arrive in 3-4 business days.

How long did it take to repair the devices?

On average, we can solve our repairs within 1-2 business days, however, for complex errors, such as water damage, lock plate, motherboard error, the repair may take longer. We cannot predict these unforeseen events, but the inspection is free in 95% of cases.

How often should I clean and maintain my MacBook?

In all cases, we recommend annual maintenance, which includes cleaning the device's exterior and interior, as well as replacing the thermal paste, which greatly aids in cooling and extends the device's lifespan.

My device got liquid. What should I do? What does the repair look like?

It is very important that you do not turn on the device after water damage, or if it is on, immediately disconnect the power. Bring the device to us as soon as possible, where our colleagues will perform an ultrasonic deep cleaning. After cleaning, our motherboard colleague will inspect and measure the device and if we do not find any further errors on the device, there is no further action to be taken on the device. If there is still an error, we will inform you about the steps to take.
