How do you determine product prices?

Our pricing depends on market conditions and current stock availability. Quality is our top priority, so our prices may not always be the lowest on the market—but in return, you receive premium service in a friendly environment.

Buyback prices depend on market demand and current inventory. If we have higher stock of a product, we may offer a lower price. For high-value devices in good condition, we offer competitive pricing.

We base our prices on multiple sources, including market comparisons and listings from other platforms. As a business, we operate profitably, so we cannot match private seller prices.

We only purchase from verified and trusted sources, both locally and internationally. All products are sold with invoice and warranty.

Battery health is especially important—devices below 80% are replaced with new batteries before resale. All devices are fully tested, unlocked, and free of outstanding payments.

All products come with invoice and warranty. Devices go through strict inspection and servicing before sale.

You can visit our showroom, or we can deliver within 1–2 business days. We also help you choose the right device and recommend accessories if needed.

Most products are sourced from trusted partners in Hungary and abroad, but some also come from private sellers.

WARRANTY & SERVICES

What warranty do you provide?

For used devices, we provide a 30-day warranty. For new products, we follow legal warranty requirements.

The warranty does not cover physical damage (drops, liquid damage) or wear-and-tear parts (like batteries).

For other issues, we repair your device. After 30 days, we also offer discounted service and maintenance for our customers.

Yes, extended warranty is available for selected devices (MacSzerez Premium Care). Pricing depends on the device type and value.

We provide on-site repair, phone support, and even training services. If you’re new to Mac, our MacSzerez course is a great choice.

SHIPPING

How long does delivery take?

GLS courier delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.

All products are securely packaged in reinforced boxes with protective materials.

GLS delivery starts from 1,990 HUF.

We recommend GLS in all cases.

Yes, you can view and pick up the product in person before purchase.

REPAIRS

How long does a MacBook battery replacement take?

If the battery is in stock, replacement takes 2–4 hours. If not, ordering takes 3–4 business days.

If in stock, it usually takes 1–2 hours. Otherwise, ordering takes 3–4 business days.

Most repairs are completed within 1–2 business days. More complex issues (e.g. liquid damage, motherboard faults) may take longer.

Diagnosis is free in most cases.

We recommend annual maintenance, including internal cleaning and thermal paste replacement, to extend your device’s lifespan.

Do not turn it on. If it’s on, turn it off immediately.

Bring it to us as soon as possible for ultrasonic cleaning and inspection. Further steps depend on the condition after diagnosis.

Can you reserve a product for me?

Yes, after placing an order, we can reserve a product for up to 3 business days. For longer reservations, please contact us.
